What is Zen Yoga Therapy?
Master Masahiro Oki (1921-1985) created Zen Yoga Therapy.
Born in Hiroshima, Masahiro Oki studied spiritual practices and traditional healing in Japan, Mongolia, China, Tibet, India, Persia, Arabia and Africa.
Zen Yoga Therapy is based on Yoga, Traditional Chinese Medicine and Japanese healing system and aims to assist individuals to reach their full potential in all aspects of their lives.
This Zen Yoga Therapy includes strengthening, corrective exercises, laughter, meditation, chanting, asanas, mudras, kinesiology, ayurveda hand diagnoses and natural nutrition
to achieve health and happiness.
Physical recovery is a temporary change unless the mental state is improved.
